Shipping
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are typically shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, with standard delivery times ranging from 1 to 2 working days.
- What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. For domestic orders within the Netherlands, the standard shipping rate is €4,25. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Products
- Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
- Because we strive to offer our products at the lowest possible prices, unfortunately, we do not offer a formal warranty. However, if you receive your jewelry broken or if something breaks within 2 weeks of receiving your order, we are happy to repair or replace it. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly within 2 weeks of receiving your order. After this timeframe, we are not liable for any damages.
- How should I care for my jewelry?
- To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics. Additionally, store your jewelry in a dry and clean environment when not in use.
- Do you offer resizing services for rings?
- At this time, we do not offer resizing services for rings. We recommend consulting with a local jeweler for assistance with resizing.
- Can the jewelry tarnish or change color?
- It depends on the material. We offer both stainless steel and gold-plated jewelry. Stainless steel jewelry does not tarnish and is waterproof. Gold-plated jewelry, however, is not waterproof and may tarnish when exposed to water. You can check the product description to see the material of the jewelry.
Returns and Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
- We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with labels and in original packaging. Earrings, sale items, and personalized bracelets or necklaces are non-returnable.
- How do I initiate a return or exchange?
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@luxelle.eu. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return/exchange in your message.
- When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
